The first walnuts are already falling from the trees and since the trees are again full of nuts, the harvest will be a good one. It is time to process the last nuts of last year. Chocolate cake, with walnuts, is always good.
This chocolate walnut cake is a simple and fast-baked.
A fluffy and juicy cake that you can not resist.
Chocolate Walnut Cake
1 c of sour cream
1 c of sugar
1 tsp. vanilla sugar
1/2 c of vegetable oil
2 c flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
3 tablespoons cocoa powder
1 c walnuts, chopped
All ingredients, except for the walnuts, can be processed with a mixer or a kitchen machine to a smooth dough and than add the walnuts. Fill the dough into a greased cake pan.
I lay out the bottom of the pan with baking paper. I have loosened the sides with a knife after baking.
Bake the cake on the lower track of the preheated oven at 350 F for about 60 minutes.
